I just want to get this "straight" so to speak - no pun intended.

because I hear this ridiculous statement sometimes where people say you don't have to be gay to have sex with guy's.

Not if someone is truly straight.

Of course, someone may be straight and have experimented a time or two. That doesn't mean their core identity changes.

There are also the guys who play at being straight. They may be bi or totally living in denial. From time to time, we hear about how some anti-gay politician or preacher has been pushed out of the closet.

you got the right idea dude. Straight guys don't have sex with other guys. If they do, its something other than straight. Maybe as simple as straight with a curiosity even, but something other than purely straight.

And sorry to bust everyone's bubble, but alcohol does NOT make you gay or bi either. All alcohol does is decrease one's inhibitions, sometimes to a point where they might do or say things that they otherwise wouldn't do. So, the line of, "I was too drunk to know what I was doing", just doesn't work. You might have been drunk, but if you were giving another dude head, or getting head from some dude, you still knew what you were doing.

(OBVIOUSLY, this is a different case if you are completely passed out and someone takes advantage of you - something totally different there - Like Assault!!!!)

I disagree with many here. Straight men can, and often do have sex with guys...Passively for sure, especially younger guys...if they are horny as hell and someone offers a BJ where no one will find out, more often than not, something is going to happen. And put a glass of wine in the mix (for an excuse) and yes, it will happen often.
I am not advocating making passes at straight men. In fact, I think it downright dumb. But lets be honest here...just because a guy gets a BJ because of convenience, does NOT make him bi or gay...it just makes him horny. Big deal

If someone is bi-curious, they have a sexual experience with a guy, and decide it's NOT what they wanted - then they are straight. It's okay to experiment. If, however, they have sex with guys outside of an experimental stage, then they are NOT straight. They aren't necessarily gay - they are probably bi, or maybe gay in denial about being gay. But if they regularly have sex with guys, or have sex with guys on occassion, even if they say it's just to get off and they are still straight, they're not fooling anyone but themselves.

This is supposedly true. I know a few straight guys that swear up and down that they are straight, but when they get drunk, their real intentions come out. It is like putting up a front to show everyone that you are a good boy but deep down inside you just want to ram something lol get the picture? So yes Straight guys do not have sex with guys but I've beg to differ on some straight guys lol.

Well if alcohols present. I think pretty much anything is possible.
If he's straight I doubt he's going to get horny off a guy giving him a bj... I'm a gay guy and know I could never really be sexual aroused by a girl doing that to me.

By definition, a straight man would not be physically attracted by another man or engage in sex. However, there are several instances in which a man may have sexual contact with another man in which he would not be considered "gay."

1. In confinement. Men in prison may have sexual intercourse with another man and not be sexually attracted to men in general. It is a release as opposed to an attraction. (See also force).

2. In camaraderie. Men in close quarters or where there are no women (boarding schools, camps, and military service) will often "use" other men for sexual release without being "gay."

3. In exploration. In the same way that young girls may kiss or fondle close classmates as experimentation, young boys often do the same thing.

4. In abuse situations. A person who is abused by a same sex perpetrator is not gay, even though they may have engaged in intercourse.

5. Force. Sex is not just about "love" or sexual feeling. Sex can be about domination and humiliation. Men who are raped by another man are not gay. Even those in prison who may engage in repeat sexual intercourse due to fear or intimidation, would not be considered gay.

Being a homosexual (or a hetro sexual) is about physical attraction, not necessarily about action. There are those who are "gay" who live heterosexual lives because of religious, family, or societal reasons. They are still "gay" in their brain, though they are heterosexual in their actions.

SOME straight guys have EXPERIMENTED with sex with another guy. The other guy doesn't even have to be gay. It happens more in the pre-teens and teens than in adulthood, although when the opportunity arose, some men may have experimented in mutual masturbation, oral and anal sex. It does not 'turn' them gay.

Not quite correct.

'Having sex' is a physical act; anyone with the requisite organs can do it.

Straight guys aren't sexually attracted to other guys, but that doesn't mean they CAN'T have sex with them, anymore than being a gay man means that you can't have sex with women. You might not enjoy it, but that doesn't mean it can't happen.

Some times they do, yes. I've met some. It is a horny act of doing something forbidden. So wrong and weird, it turns them on. Then they want to try it. Strange, but true.
