Time began the moment big bang occurred! The occurrence of the big bang resulted in formation of the Cosmos as we see it today! As the Cosmos evolved... it gave birth to many universes... each universe comprising of many galaxies... and every galaxy comprising of millions of the stars!

And amongst the stars... we have our solar system... a small star surrounded by planets! And amongst planets... we have mother earth... a life supporting planet! The moment stars like our solar system formed... the measure of time as we see it started! Does it mean before our solar system was formed... there was no measurement of time!

Yes... for us... the inhabitants of mother earth there was no measurement of time in absence of the solar system. But, the Cosmos existed and therefore Time existed! The measurement of time is relative. On Mother Earth time is measured by the movement of earth and moon around the sun and vice versa.

On the cosmic plane time is measured by light years... the distance traveled by light in one year which approximately equals 9 trillion kilometers. In fact both parameters of time and space are relative! We all know that our present Cosmos is still expanding! Does this mean the parameter of time in the periphery of the Cosmos might differ from that in the center! Yes, it is possible!

Gravity is one important factor that affects the measurement of time. As the gravity varies on different planets... the measurement of time also shall vary! On Mother Earth we have a day totaling 24 hours... on some planets it is possible that a day might equal one year of ours similar as one-day of ours equals entire life span of an ant (which almost equals 28 hours of ours). One must first ask the question, did it ever begin? Man has, in a sense, created time, as we are the ones that measure it. If man was not in existence, would there even be such a thing as time? Surely, one uses logic and reason to figure time passes regardless of those involved, human or not. But is this so? Humans create even the logic and reason to reach that conclusion.

Time, as we know it, began at the fall of Adam and Eve. Before their temptation and transgression they were immortal, destined to live forever innocently. Lucifer thought he knew the mind of God and fell into the Lord's hands by being the great tempter.

The six days of Creation as depicted in the Bible is not really 24-hour days, but perhaps a 1,000 years as we know it for each day of Creation.

If eternity is real and is a measure of time from this point forward "forever", then it also goes backward "forever" and if that is true, then there could not have been a beginning.
Whatever is, has always been and will always be.
