I and my friend are thinking to buy it and talk on the net by seeing each other. How will we do that? How will she see me?

Buy cam, install CD it comes with, install skype (free program from www.skype.com) and talk to each other.
No naked vid calls though

Both of you have to get a webcam. Once you have the webcam you have to have the appropriate software drivers to drive it. Usually this comes on CD with the webcam.
If you are looking for a webcam, look for one that has drivers with it or could be in for a world of pain tracking down the drivers.
If you have a webcam and need drivers, there are sites on the net that you download drivers from. However, best stick with buying a good quality, boxed webcam..
After that, get Skype - www.skype.com
Download it, install it and register and you will be able to talk online straight away. Skype will auto-configure everything.

All u need is to go buy the webcam it should come with a CD to install the drivers. And if you friends wants you to view her she also needs a webcam. like as far as I know for connecting to your computer most of the new webcams come with usb plugs as long as your computer has at least one spare usb outlet then you should be set to go. I had one hooked up and its the simplest thing. Good Luck.

Just buy your web cam, it should come with an disk to load the drivers.
Your friend or anyone else does not need a web cam to see you, only a screen to view you.

Ok.You need to have a screen name.I take it you guys both have yahoo.I would buy a Labtech camera.Download the software and there you go.If you have AIM or Yahoo do what you always do but,click video and it will ask your friend if she wants to view your cam and she says yes and there you go!Hope I helped!
