Yup I'm asking agian lol. My last question didn't so go well. I've heard this song so many times! Well anyway, the song I am looking for I have been told it's the theme song. It really sounds like the song is being played by bells or something. Please please someone help me!!!

If you mean the song being play during the opening theme, and ending, it is called Simple and Clean by Utada Hikaru. The original is longer, but more soft and not many effects. If you like the one in the game, you would have to find the techno version of it. I don't really remember hearing bells though during the song, so I am pretty sure you are talking about the song on the main menu where you select to start a new game or load one. That song is called Dearly Beloved, but I am not sure who plays it.
P.S All songs are the ones in Kingdom Hearts 1, and not 2.
