It is quite a fascinating theory. And if you are into charkas, you can see how energy blocks require certain postures to maintain.
I am familiar with Masaru Emoto; I owed his book before giving it to my friend for keeps. I try not to posses too many beliefs, but the power of thought is a reoccurring theme in my life.
When I was in physical pain as a little girl...my mother would do one of two things. For immediate relief...like bumps, falls or bee stings—she would tell me to count to ten. By the time I reached ten...the pain would be gone. If was sick with the flu...she’d tell me to, “wish it away.”
I’m not a little girl anymore, but I still count to ten and I still “wish it away.” Why...because it works. Yes, “thoughts are very powerful, we just tend to disbelieve because there is an apparent time lag.” A shame it is, but also reality... Thank you very much!
