Where do i get a liquor license from and what is the cost?

I am trying to start a sports bar and need help with a few details on things I need. I would like to know how to get started and what different licenses I need and where to get them.

Your city clerk is the one to ask. I was hired to do part time work at one in Brookfield and half my job was typing up the liquor licenses and doing paperwork for them. The City Clerk will be in your phone book under the government section, then the city section (not the state section).
