Beat Goht again. You just have to go onto the stone that looks like Majora's Mask near the temple's door.

Go back into the temple and beat the Ghoti again. Pretty much works like that for every temple.

You will need to defeat Goth again... after that you can go to the Goron race to get the "Gold dust" and then receive the gilded sword from the black smith...
