So you are saying your cycles are about 28 days long? Ovulation happens sometime between 10-16 days before your next period is due. So your period started today, Sept 9, with 28 day cycles, your next period would be due Oct. 7. Forget the method of your cycle comes 3 days before it did last month, because some moths have more or less days than the previous month. Just track your cycles from the first day you have red flow until the next months period. So with your next period being due oct. 7, then ovulation would happen 10-16 days before that--so sometime between Sept 21-25 with about Sept 23 being the most likely day. Have intercourse every other day from sept 21-25.

So it comes 3 days early every month...do you mean based on a 28 day cycle? If so, this means that you have a 25 day cycle, and your optimal time for ovulation should be anywhere from CD (cycle day) 9 - CD 13 (12-16 days before your mext period). So, every day starting 9 days from today you should do it until 13 days from today (September 18th - Sep. 22). Good luck!

Count 14 days from the day that your period started. One the 14th day and there after for 1-2 weeks you are fertile. Most often the 14th day. That's how I got pregnant. I actually tried it once to see if it would work and my son is now 3 months old. Look up natural family planing on line. Good Luck to you.
P/S Try not to stress out about it. Because sometimes stress can decrease your chances in conceving, have fun with it. Trust me after baby there isn't much practice time.

You have to have sex while you are ovulating to get pregnant. There are ovulation preditors on line or you can purchase ovulation perdictor kits from the store. Some women check their cervical mucous and when you get mucous that looks like stretchy egg white, you are ovulating. It can take a few months to nail down the time that you ovulate. I'd start a log of your periods. There are many free, online sites that help you figure out when you are ovulation. I used WebMD and I thought it was really helpful.
GOOD LUCK!!!!

If you have a normal luteal phase of 14 days, then I would guess around Sep. 23 will be when you ovulate. So I'd be sure and have sex the 22nd for sure. But your luteal phase may be more or less than 14 days. I'm just giving you my best guess. Good Luck!

usually 10-16 days after the first day of your period..today, but if your cycle starts 3 days earlier than you expect it to it has probally changed, or shortened do you know how many days it was previously? because that can give you a better idea of when you are ovulating....if your cycle went from 31 days to 28 or 28to 25 days...ect

There's a fabulous book that can help you determine exactly the right time for *you.* I could tell you that I tend to ovulate on cycle day 18, but that won't help you.
The book is Toni Wechsler's "Taking Charge of Your Fertility."
You can buy the old version on Amazon quite cheaply, used. It's still good information.

Sounds like you have a 27-29 day cycle.. you need to have sex around and on your ovulation day..About 12-14 days after the first day of your period.....But If i were you I would buy an ovulation kit or a fertility monitor they will help you predict your ovulation day better.

So your cycle gets shorter every month? But an ovulation kit, or just have sex every other day for the month once your period ends.
Google' cervical mucus' to learn how to chart your mucus to get a better idea of when -you- ovulate- sounds gorss, but works, and too much to explain here.
