try typing skip trace on google. it might take some looking but there are a few good free sites. you will probably have to combine the info from 3 or 4 free sites on your own, or use the info they give you for free as a teaser to pay. if you're decently smart, you can put it together on your own. also, reverse lookup on some of these sites might lead you directly to the info you're looking for.

My friends mother did this once, she picked up a phone book and scanned it for the number and found the address, try to find a digital phonebook of the area code and try searching it for the number.
Of course if the number is unlisted your out of luck that way and at least in California stalkers laws protect that info so you cant get it from any legal sources.
but I'm told that tow truck companies have access to that type of info but then you would need to know someone who worked in a towing company.
The DMV used to give out that info till a hollyweird star got slashed by someone who looked up her address.

Since this is the Politics section, I will offer you a political answer.
There are several Democrats in Virginia who attempted to do something similar to what you are proposing. In one case, a politician tracked an opponents social security number and spending habits. In another, two individuals recorded phone calls and provided them to the DNC.
Both of these acts were illegal, and the Dems suffered mightily.
So, two part answer for you,
1 - don't track people too closely, you might find yourself on the wrong end of the law.
2 - don't votes for Democrats who break the law.

if you have the phone number you can ask the operator (411) to do a revers directory for you tell them the phone number and they will give you the address (dose not work on cellphones or blocked numbers) but other then that it will work or check the web for people search sites if you poke around long enough you can usually find what you are looking for

I know it sounds silly but try typing the number in this format in google: XXX-XXX-XXXX. You'd often be surprised what you can find out from google!

Sorry, I would like to help you, but you sound a little strange to me and a little too eager, no offense.
