My husband and I are currently living apart. To protect my two children I filed a petition in Family Court for his child support. Does anyone know what happens with this case if my husband and I decide to reconcile and he moves back home?

If you move back in together YOU will have to go to the court house and file to rescind the order of support. You can not simply call them or go online, you have to take the paperwork you have to the court house, so that they can rescind the order on ALL of the files.

if you guys get back together he can stop paying. unless they are taking it out of his check (because he refused to pay or something like that) it is up to you and him to get the money going back and forth. if you reconcile and he has been paying, then he can just stop and you guys will go back to being a family again....

attempt to reference the case with the aid of its styling--"interior the activity of _________, minor toddler". circulate to the county internet site the place it is been filed. some have circumstances listed on line. If no longer, call the courthouse.
