I felt the exact same way when I was only that far along. I used to be able to work my 8+ hour shift with no problem but then once I was pregnant it seemed like by lunch time I was SPENT. So this is really normal. As well as the emotions because your hormones are going crazy. I experienced the same paint you are talking about and freaked out and rushed to the ER...we'd been trying for so long to have a baby and in the beginning of my pregnancy every little thing worried me lol. And all the pain is is your uterus stretching. During the first trisemester the amount that it stretches is A LOT. After that its pretty gradual stretching. No need to worry too much. Try taking a nap throughout the day, don't over work yourself and take your vitamins! Congrats on the new baby. God Bless you and your family!

Feeling run down, tired, emotional are all quite normal. You may need to schedule some time during the day where there's a babysitter, or your boss doesn't mind where you go and take a couple hours of a nap.

The sharp pains in the bottom of your belly, I have no idea what that is. Call your ob. That's what you pay him for: to answer your questions.

Congratulations!

Yes I did too.. Just try to drink lots of water and eating healthy foods.. And I hope you don't have problems with Nausea.. As far as the pain goes...I am not sure.. I had something that sounds similar and My Dr. said it was just ligaments stretching (even with #2) .. BUT if it is really worrying you, I would call your Dr. and see what he says. It is better to be safe, and it will make you feel much better.

GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!!

It is quite normal to feel run down during pregnancy...remember that every one is different. As for the pain it is possible that it is implantation...if you see any blood or the pain worsens, call your doctor!!

That is all normal this is all what being pregnant is all about. It makes you emotional and very tired.

everyone feels emotional and worn out the first trimester just take your prenatals and it should go away soon. and the pain is probably your uterus.
