The Owners manual on my 05 Suzuki BLVD c50 got wet and is basically destroyed. I am not paying $40 for a new one. Anyway, where is the fuse panel?

Well, I should say that I plan on getting a shop manual, and I am not going to dish out 40 for an owners manual then another 70 or so for a shop manual. In the meantime. I do need to know, my blinkers are working but my parking lights are not working. I need to check if it is a fuse or something more. Thanx

No a manual isn't the only way, you two are just being a couple of smartasses. If you wasn't gonna tell me what i needed to know. Then why did you even answer the flippin question. Crap that aggravates me. I thought this was yahoo answers not ask a question and get sarcasm.

it is possible that the bulbs that are parking and turn signals may have one of the filliments burned out. it's odd for more than one to go at the same time, but i have seen it before. so maybe try new bulbs while waiting for the manual.

I never worked on one, but these are the most likely spots.
Either behind the left side cover, or under the seat.
To remove the seat -
Remove the bolt behind the rear seat and pull the seat backwards (the seat strap stays on the bike).
Then unbolt the front seat, lift the rear of it and pull it backwards.

Yep, a manual is only way.

Or sell the bike and get a better one.

pay $40 for a new one, and keep it in a ziploc baggie. then you won't have to ask questions on a forum every time you have a problem. save time as well as money.
