Love:
Nolan, Dillon (assuming "Dillion" was a typo), Mitchell

Like:
Landon, Dominic, Dylan, Ryan, Gavin, Nathan, Cole
* all of the above are in the top 100, mostly top 25 or 50, so just a bit common/popular or trendy for my taste, but I do like them if that's not a concern for you.

Dislike:
Cayden - misspelling of Caden, and part of the HUGE Aidan rhyming names trend at the moment (Aidan, Braden, Caden, Hayden, Jadon, Raiden, etc., not to mention all their misspellings).
Dakota - unless you truly are Native American, and using this to reflect your heritage, it seems trendy -- even disrespectful -- when used as a name simply because you think it sounds "cool" or whatever.
Ryder - too much teasing potential for me, since it literally sounds like the phrase "ride her."
Mason - too overused and trendy for my taste, especially after seeing all the gender-bender misspellings when parents try to pretty it up for their daughters. Just a turn-off for me.
Chase - similar to Ryder, I simply can't get into most names that are also common words (or sound like them). I can understand if it's a nickname or something -- I've known a few men/boys named Charles who went by Chase -- but as a given name it always manages to sound like an imperative. Take Chase Ryan (to pluck one from the list), for example ... my immediate thought it "why should I chase Ryan?" LOL You see what I mean.

Hope that helps! ;)

Cayden sounds too much like the Kaelin/Brayden/Braylen/Aiden Trend that is soo popular these days. I don't like it.

Nolan is ok, esp. if it's connected with a family name, or you are a baseball fan.

Landon is very Michael Landon from Little House. I loved that show when I was a kid. If you're a fan of the show, or nicholas sparks, go with it.

Dakota. Very popular in the mid-to-late 90's. It's cute esp. if you have a personal connection with the Dakotas. Personally if naming after a place I prefer Denver.

Dominic is GREAT! I love the nickname Dom. I see him as a little brown haired boy who loves to play outdoors.

Dillion/Dylan --I don't care for the name, spelled Dillion reminds me of Matt. Spelled Dylan reminds me of 90210.

Ryan is better than Ryder. Ryder is far too Kate Hudson-y.

Mitchell--good name.

Gavin--reminds me of the 1960's. I like it.

Mason--I know a TON of little boys named this. So I don't care for it.

Nathan--One of my MOST favorite boy names. It's a classic!

Chase--my nephews middle name. It's ok.

Cole--my other nephew is named Coleman James. We call him Cole. Good name.

I like most of the names listed. Some of the names are a bit iffy if you ask me. Let me go down the list. Cayden's fine, Nolan sounds like a name for a gnome, Landon is fine, Dakota would remind people of a girls name (dakotah fanning), Dominic is nice, Dillion? I like Dylan better than Dillion and Ryan over Ryder. Mitchell is a nice name so is Nathan, Chanse and Cole. Gavin isn't sexy or give any connotations that a person would want when they're older and Mason is more of a last name (I know 6 ppl with that last name and they're not related.)

I love Dylan and Cayden but both are common names these days as are the rest of them on the list. All those names are probably the top baby names of 2006. So if your going for originality, those names wont work. Trendy though, they are good.
