Yes... because the first amendment doesn't specify any exceptions. If we think we can change the rules now, then we should at least be honest and say "we think the constitution is outdated and we're going to alter it"- otherwise it's just a country full of hypocrites who brag about a constitution they dont even stick to.

Porn that is produced by and distributed to consenting adults, and doesn't advocate illegal activities should be protected. One reason why is that we lack the resources to effectively fight crimes against unwilling victims and children, and trying to stop consenting adults from reading or watching what they want would take resources away from protecting unwilling victims.

Then there is the question of what is porn. Some think pictures of a woman breast-feeding are porn; even more people would think a sex therapy text book is porn. The prevailing opinion of what constitutes porn changes as the population changes. If the conservative Islamic population increases enough, an unveiled woman's face might be considered porn some day.

I was looking into becoming a member of NCAP national coalition against pornography. It causes different women to be exploited for money and abused. However I don't want uncle sam in my bedroom. My wife and I don't watch porn but know married couples that do. That is part of their thing... we have enough restrictions on everything, besides if government gets its hands into porn... sooner or later there is going to be tax on sex. I don't want to drop a quarter in our bed for sex tax.
