My love wrote this poems for me. We love each other for 3 years. We are separated because we are in different countries. He is now moving on with his future and I am moving on too.

However, I just want to know whether he loves me or not.
He wrote over 30 poems about me, but he never told me--"He loves me"

Thank you...

Prisons

Men create thier own prisons
With the novelty of unimportant ideas
And they keep themselves locked and uphappy
For something that never was, is, or could be

A Sun
Category: Writing and Poetry
If I could remember all at once
All the moments I'd rather forget
I'd probably think twice 'fore all
And sinking quickly behind the clouds
My sun would set.
But life is too short for mulling reservation
And most of those days have passed
So we are what we've done, both the good and the bad.
Riding bare as a sun hits its highest
Me and my fierce ambition have arrived
At last

These are the last two poems he wrote.
He tried to tell me to move on without hurting my feelings.

It hurted, but life must go on!

Thank you

I don't know what to make of those... Honestly, 'n I know this doesn't sound very good, but honestly it sounds like he regrets spending so much time with you. But here's the thing...

I know for a fact that most males are very cautious about letting their guard down 'n letting someone in. So in my opinion, that actually opens a few doors. He could be regretting spending so much time with you 'n be upset with himself for letting his guard down. Maybe because somethings happened in your relationship recently...?

Or he could've met someone in real life 'n doesn't wanna tell you for whatever reason. Both of these have actually happened to me once, so I'm talking from experience here.

He could be hinting' for you both to move on, or he could just be trying to get you to move on or whatever, because he wants to move on. Because he's had enough. Not necessarily because it's what's best or what he thinks is best.

I'm not really sure... For me, personally, I wouldn't like getting 'poems' like that. I would probably think they're about something else, or just take offense to them honestly... Ya know 'cause he wasn't man enough to say it himself. But that's just me, that's just the way I am.

But, you, your different. Your not me, I'm not you. And the same goes for him. What he feels and thinks mgiht be completely different from what I'm thinking. How you take things is probably 100% different from how I take them. So if you think he loves you, if you feel it, then chances are he does... Not 'did', by the way, but does.

Luck.

From a man's point of view, he had and still has deep feelings for you, but has concluded that they are not true love, and thinks enough of you to not want to hurt you. I could be wrong, but that is the take I get.

He did love you. And probably still loves you.
