Need to sue my ex-employer?

Hi,

What is the procedure to sue the employer in UK for not releasing the pending amounts. What kind of court do I need to go to and do I necessarily need a lawyer?

You can approach the labour court situated in the area where you worked and give a detailed complaint , with details of amount due and you will get justice !!
