scaring on Halloween?

Question

hi, ever since I was little my sister always dressed up like Micheal Myers and she would sit on the ground leaning against the pole to our front door. The theme music is blasting. SHe actually looked fake, people would kick her and stuff and then she would jump and scare the crap out of them. NOWw shes in college and she just doesnt want to do it anymore. We have tried things over the year with this mask, but cant get kids scared enough. What should i do this year?

there was this guy who dressed up as a scarecrow,and he either sat in a chair or hung himself carefully onto a pole(he never killed himself!) and kids would come p to him then he would jump out at them.Or sit on the porch with a chainsaw and when kids come up,cgase them like a block,and also have one of your friends have one to,just in case any more kids come.

how about making a wood coffin if you are okay with this ? and having someone lay in it and when the kids come up have someone come up out of it . good luck .
