It's not possible. Pythons lay eggs and boas give live birth. Ball pythons have been bred with other species of pythons, such as blood pythons, jungle carpet pythons, woma pythons, and recently, burmese pythons. All of these are going to run at least a few thousand dollars, since they're all pretty rare.

The ball python and the boa are two different species and are not capable of breeding with each other. Boas are live bearers, meaning they have live babies, whereas the pythons are egg layers.
