Hi, there. Gallstones are caused by an accumulation of cholesterol, fat and bile that is not adequately expelled by the gall bladder and/or the liver. Good ways to avoid gall stones are to avoid eating hydrogenized fats, avoiding high-cholesterol foods, taking high doses of Lecithin, and others. Although the traditional treatment for gall stones is the removal fo the gall bladder, this treatment is actually very detrimental to the body and does more harm than good. The simplest treatment is to find a gentle, easy liver flush recipe that will slowly but surely purge the gall stones from your gall bladder. Although this treatment is frowned upon and ridiculed by the mainstream medical community, many patients scheduled for gall bladder removal surgery have tried a liver flush and found immediate relief. A simple recipe is to drink a 14-oz glass of mineral water combined with 2 TBLSP lemon juice and 1 TBLSP sunflower oil every morning and before bed every evening. (You can also add 1 TBLSP liquid Chlorophyll for extra support, if desired.) Drink this morning and evening for about 10 days, and you will soon notice oddly shaped and colored objects floating in the toilet when you defecate. These are accumulations of toxic bile, cholesterol, and other toxins that are being eliminated by your liver and gall bladder. You may feel very tired for a few days, but within a week you will feel more energy than you have in a long time. You may also notice that non-specific aches & pains disappear. To further supplement the liver cleanse, take 1200 mg of Lecithin 2-3 times per day and take 250 mg of Turmeric 2-3 times per day. (Don't take Turmeric for more than 5 days in a row, as it can cause stomach upset in some people. Also do not take it immediately after drinking the liver flush recipe.) I wish you the best of luck!

Gall stones, like any other stones, in any part of the body are formed over a period of time, due to deposits of calcium and crystals of oxalates or phosphates. These get accumulated and combine to form small/large pieces of stones. These stones, ultimately lead to blocking or obstructing the opening of the gall blader,as a result of which the bile cannot secrete into the gastric cavity. The bile gets accumulated in the gall bladder and liver, resulting in increase of bilirubin in the blood due to its absorbtion from liver. This leads to appearence of jaundice. This can be life threatening, if not surgically attended to in time. The procedure of removing gall stones is very simple.Lithotripsy and laproscopy are two most prevalent methods of gall stone removal nowadays. In lithotripsy, the stones are broken into smaller pieces,by the application of sound waves. In laproscopy, small holes are made and stones removed with help of laproscope. The other method is surgery of gall bladder. In patients with gall stone history, calcium intake in whatever form should be restricted.

Cholesterol gallstones are made primarily of cholesterol. They are the most common type of gallstone, comprising 80% of gallstones in individuals. Cholesterol is one of the substances that liver cells secrete into bile. (Secretion of cholesterol into bile is an important way in which the liver eliminates excess cholesterol from the body.) In order for bile to carry cholesterol, the cholesterol must be dissolved in the bile. Cholesterol is a fat, however, and bile is an aqueous or watery solution; fats do not dissolve in watery solutions. In order to make the cholesterol dissolve in bile, the liver also secretes two detergents-bile acids and lecithin-into the bile. These detergents, just like dish-washing detergents, dissolve the fatty cholesterol so that it can be carried by bile through the ducts. If the liver secretes too much cholesterol for the amount of bile acids and lecithin it secretes, some of the cholesterol does not dissolve. Similarly, if the liver does not secrete enough bile acids and lecithin, some of the cholesterol also does not dissolve. In either case, the undissolved cholesterol sticks together and forms particles of cholesterol that grow in size and eventually form larger gallstones.

Drugs affect the liver functions and most livers in America are not functioning well. This causes the bile to be of poor quality. Gall bladder problems in the U.S. are becoming rampant. Doctors used to have a problem removing or operating on gall bladders because of it's location in the body. Recent techniques have allowed the gall bladder to be removed easily, so it has become popular to remove them rather than fixing the root problem.

Everyone has gall stones, but they dissolve naturally if you are healthy. Taking any drug will damage the liver. The amount of drugs taken and the type all affect the limit of damage. I've never found anyone that was deficient in drugs. The type of oils American's consume are a big factor as well.

Vegetable Oils, like Canola & Soybean are terrible. These oils are now genetically engineered, thanks to Monsanto and a couple other corporations, and when heated even a little, form trans fats from the polymerization action in the oils. Canola is about 100x more toxic than soybean oils and soybean oils are terrible for you.

If you don't believe this, do what a Harvard professor did in front of a very large group of physicians. Take a glass of Canola Oil and put it in front of a white screen. Shine ultra-violet light through the oil onto the screen. It will be clear. Now heat the oil to boiling for 1 minute. Now put it in front of the screen. Yikes! Oh the colors, those beautiful colors. The discoloration is TRANS FATS formed from the polymerization of the fats.

Olive oil is the best oil to use. Also, walnut oil, coconut oil, palm oil, avocado oil are all good oils. Olive oil mixed with lemon juice squeezed from real lemons is one way to dissolve gall stones.

Eliminate all SOY products (except fermented ones like soy sauce & miso) from your diet. This is not easy to do when you look at all the SOY being added to foods. Kraft Foods for instance, put tons of soy in their cheeses to make them cheaper. The cheeses are "one day" cheeses and not aged, so they contain huge amounts of lactose that is very hard to digest.

DO NOT LIMIT your calcium intake for this problem. That is ludicrous. It is the type of calcium and increasing the ability of the body to digest calcium that is the issue. Avoid at all costs, CALCIUM CARBONATE. This is black board chalk and is the most popular type of calcium to be added to fortified foods, and vitamins like Centrum. Very bad for you and will cause stones. To digest your calcium, magnesium, and zinc properly your stomach must be acidic. AVOID at all costs antacids. These will prevent you from absorbing your calcium, magnesium, and zinc.

It's no wonder why 75% of all Americans are dying of heart disease. According to the CDC report 2005, 53% of all Americans are chronically ill. Just sit in a fast food restaurant and look at all the OBESE people feeding at the trough. Simply amazing. It is now predicted that by 2015, 42% to 50% of All Americans will be OBESE, not just fat, but OBESE. No wonder our health care system is in the toilet; we have turned over the health of our nation to a bunch of profit grabbing, allopathic medicinal educated idiots that are ruining our nation's health.

There just has to be some changes in how we deal with food.
