I. You can see a counselor .
Seeing a counselor definitely has its benefits. A counselor can sometimes help you identify the situations that have lowered your self-esteem and change your perception processes.
II. You can get therapy.
therapy has the highest likelihood of producing a lasting change in your self-esteem or dealing with situations that may cause a lowering of your self-esteem. Therapy alone can be a long, costly process.
III. Positive Affirmations
Using positive thinking phrases often requires a tremendous, continuous effort to remember and repeat the same positive phrases over and over again.
IV. Motivation.
Have you ever gotten really pumped up by some motivational presentation only to have it wear off in hours or, at the most, days later? Motivation works only while you are being motivated.
Tap your natural ability to beat low self-esteem and let go of any unwanted feelings on the spot. It can be used in life to get immediate relief of your symptoms whenever feelings of low self-esteem arise. You to easily break the patterns of thought and behavior that cause low self-esteem to persist. As you use your natural ability to release, you’ll create a solid, positive mental attitude that will help you succeed where others might fail, even in today’s rapidly changing economic times.
With therapy and practice, you will find over time that the very situations and experiences that you used to find the most exhausting or disturbing will become less and less so, until you may even forget that you used to have those kinds of experiences.

You are a lot like me. I don't mean I'm never happy. I simply don't show much emotion. This is the way I get happy. At the beginning of each day, take a piece of paper and a pen. Write down what you plan to do all day. Work, school, whatever. Make sure to include things that make you happy, movies, working out, food, friends, whatever. At the end of each day look at the sheet of paper and if you did everything that you planned, or at least the most important, you have plenty do be happy about. Don't let your happiness depend on other people. You cannot control other's behavior. You can only control your own.

There are many things that bring fulfillment to people's lives. Volunteering, doing arts, sports, socializing. Do some research into things that might interest you, so you can get out of your own head. Sometimes it's helping others. Sometimes it's developing a new skill. If you find joy in the things you do, then you will no longer be boring to yourself or others.

Honey to me the reason most people have low self esteem is that they don't like themselves. There was a time in my younger years that I was the same, but now I love me. God made us and he don't make junk. You may laugh at my method, but please try it. Everyday look into the mirror and find something good to say about that person. Do this everyday until you learn to like the person you are. If you don't like yourself how can someone else like you? Don't blend into the back ground. Be a beacon and let your light shine. Good luck Honey!!!!!

Everybody has something in life that makes them happy. Unfortunately, it seems like you havent found something yet. My advice is to expand your horizons. Play some sports that seem interesting or fun. Watch some movies, play some games, it doesnt matter. If something is new, try it. You'll find something.

Ha! You just need to read my 360 blogs. They are just some snippets of my 'life' -- such as it is. Believe me, you will thank your lucky stars you are you when you read them. Then maybe you will never have to ask yourself, "I wonder if anyone else in the world has problems like I do?".
