i dont know you dont know nobody know anything all i can say is i realy felt for that family today and the kept so calm i dont agree with what they did leaving that dear child alone even if it was only 70 yrds away but give it a rest because nobody knows the truth stop making up wicked storys

So Lynne,Gizzy doesn't have a clue.You of course know the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
There have been precious few facts in this entire case.Plenty of unfounded accusations,libelous comments,bilious hatred and ludicrous theories and most borne out of an abnormal obsession and hatred for the McCanns.Hatred and anger are very negative emotions,indeed murderous emotions.Odd that you are displaying the very characteristics you purport to rail against.
I did note that all of your questions and almost all of your answers are McCann related.It is a fact that most people would find this obsessional.

I really, really, really, try hard not to answer any q's with regards to this family.

Many facts of this case have not been released by the Portuguese police, due to their secrecy laws, therefore there will be much speculation by the general public.

However, some facts have been released:
1) Sniffer dogs - one that can detect blood, and another that can detect the scent of a cadaver/corpse were brought in from the UK to assist in the investigation, these animals are unable to lie. Blood was detected, and also the scent of a corpse was detected in the apartment which Madeleine went 'missing' from.

2) Forensic evidence which was analysed in Birmingham UK by one of the best forensic analytical team in Europe, this evidence points to the mother of Madeleine, therefore the PJ made her and her husband arguido (suspects).

3) The official line of enquiry by the PJ is one of suspected homicide.

These are not 'wicked stories' as you like to state, but facts in the case.
Make of that what you will.

I can understand some poster's frustration with regards to this on-going saga, but I cannot understand the level of hate. Nor can I understand other poster's unflappable support of these parents whom they know absolutely nothing at all, only what they have seen on tv, there have been many cases of parents killing their own children - the West's immediately spring to mind, and they continued to live in the house where they had buried their own daughter.

You are right, we do not know. Though people will not give it a rest as long as it is in the news and this is a forum to post about which ever news you like, even being the mc cann situation. I guess you can answer or not, personal choice for you to decide. Only 70 yards away, do you know how far that is? With obstructions to boot? There are 2 sides to every story, and then there's the truth.

Eh.....making up wicked stories????????? Where do you get to that idea??? yes there's lots of speculation and yes we don't know the full story but look at just a couple of facts, the kids were LEFT ALONE. 70 yards? Is that a fact?
And you dare to say "even if it was only 70 yards away" does that mean you would quite happily leave your children, if you have any, while you went out on the town ooops slight exaggeration, out to dine with friends and leave the children behind. After all it is a family holiday, Mummy and Daddy DO need their time alone!!!!! WOW, ive heard it all now.
And is it a made up wicked story that Gerry boy has admitted to giving the children some sedation at some point?
And the lies at the start?? Have you forgotten them? The lies from the McCanns and co. You remember surely, the different time scales as to when and who checked on the children. First it was one time then the time changed again and again. And then it came out that not only was the time scales wrong and the children were NOT checked as often as they initially made out but on occassion they were not even checked on. Just listened outside the door?????
Maybe best if you stick to questions that do not contain this family name, eh? You havent a clue.

I personally believe they are innocent, except for leaving their children unattended.

I sympathize with them, and I think that grief is undoubtedly imprinted on their faces.

While my life does not give me any reason to believe in miracles, I wish this story had a happy ending, and that Madeleine was handed over to them safe and sound.

I think you will find that it was a little more than 70 yards away. The British and Portuguese police are getting to the truth. Following their investigations, the parents have gone from witnesses to formal suspects. If it was any other criminal you would feel that justice is being done - why not for the McCanns. I would love to know why people think they are above the law. For example. no one minded jumping on the bandwaggon when Robert Mural was named as a suspect? What is the difference.

is there proof of friends at the time...did anyone see them have the daughter tucked up in bed apart from the 2 parents? was anyone there at the time when they came back home and she wasnt there? was there a door lock broken? was there a window broken? hpw would anyone get in there anyway? was it a hotel worker? why would he/she want a girl? who else had the room key apart from them 2? a friend? a family member? who were they on holiday with? theres loadsa questions unanswered. i personally think it was accidental death too and then they couldnt think straight so did something instantly coz they were in shock and made it out like this MAYBE! dunno, only God knows.
