Is there any way to make it usable to burn some music to it ???

it is no longer blank, if cd has an intterupted burning, such as power cutoff, or sudden aborted by user, it may no longer usable, it's already a junk, buy new one, it is just few cents...

If its blank how can it "no longer be usable"? That means at some point it was used????

Buy a NEW blank CD, they are cheap.
If it's a CDR they are Write Once Read Many (WORM) discs
If it's CDRW then try reformatting in the burner software of your choice

Bin it. Digital either works or it doesn't.
