I have been told of a divorce waiver, I have one child the age of three, in oklahoma. I was told that if both partys agree then they can file a waiver and we will not have to wait the 90 days, it will be final as soon as papers are signed. Does any one know anything about this.?????

Usually you just turn in a statement signed by all parties to the action that the parties are "Ready to Default" and make sure that ALL property and custody agreements are signed by all parties.

The only waiver I've heard of is the one after the divorce is finalized and one can waive the waiting period to remarry.

You are not waiving the actual divorce, you are waiving the waiting period. The ninety days or whatever waiting period is considered a cooling off time to decide if you really want to go ahead with the divorce. You can jointly waive that time and proceed.

if both parties agree, that sounds about right. the 90 days is a "cooling off" period so you don't go in front of the judge after you changed your minds and waste municipal resources.

It does exist. See http://www.okbar.org/public/brochures/divbroc.htm for more details.
