Sorry to tell you partner but the 80's are long gone from Panama City and the Gulf coast at that time of the year.The average temp would be in the 60's.

.....We go to PCB in November.The water is cool and not great for swimming.There are several; sites and amusements opened to see and enjoy.Some of the major restaurants are closed but there are still good restaurants open. It is good if you just wand a few days to relax.
