I had one done Feb 2006 (38J to 38C) and don't regret it one bit. Insurance paid 100% ($8,000).
It is totally worth it, my back pain was GONE when I awoke in the recovery room.
I have tons of information but here are two very informative sites for you to peruse.

I am in the process with my insurance company to get the procedure done. I wanted to lose 30 pounds before I get it done because if I can avoid it I would rather go that way.

I haven't had one. But there are benefits to getting it done. Especially if you have back problems. My sister wants to have it done also. They kind of get in the way if they are too big.

I don't understand why all want what they do not have.
These things are so dangerous for health.
