1. How do I get a new Eagle Scout Card?
2. What is NESA and is it worth joining?

Hello BDD:

You will have to go to your Scout Service center with your Eagle Scout certificate, and have them order a replacement card. If you have moved, contact the Council in which you earned the Eagle Rank, and have them process a replacement request.

NESA is like any organization; you get out what you put in. By worth joining, what do you intend to get out of it? If you are interested in their activities, visit http://www.nesa.org/ and check it out.
