Help with start button and stuff it moved!!!?

Okay im on my moms computer because my laptop is dead and i cant find the charger but anyways i moved the mouse and i must of clicked something and now the start thingy button is way on the top right corner HOW DO i PUT THE START BUTTON AND STUFF BACK TO THE LEFT BOTTOM CORNER?? pleaze help thanks!!

You can move the tool bar to the top, bottom, or either side by just grabbing it with your left mouse button and dragging it to where you want to put it. Click on it(in a blank spot) and while holding down the button, just drag it back down to the bottom and let it go.
