I'd got it out it's bowl to watch X Factor with me. I'd put it on the sofa and I went to get it some crisps, but when I came back....It's eyes were all googly and it wasn't breathing!

I'm uncontrollable! I can't eat, I can't sleep, I can't do anything!

What did I do wrong? Why did he die? Why???

The problem is that fish don't like X factor and he died of boredom.
Never mind, rustle up a bit of batter and some french fries and you can enjoy him during the next episode.

Fishes need to be kept in water. If they are out of water for a while they will die.
Take a look at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fish

Plus it didn't like X-Factor!

I'm sorry to hear about your molly. I think maybe your fish didn't like being out of its bowl. You might be better with a dog or rat. I'm more of a bird person, myself. My beloved quaker parakeet is no longer with us so now I'm pining for a for caique or a hahn's macaw.
