I don't have one nation that annoys me the most - I have issues with all the nations that say they are our friends and when we need them the most they are nowhere to be found.
I also have issues with countries who are supposed to be our allies, and they are harboring terrorists at the same time. I suppose money talks in that case.

The United Nations .
The U.N. are supposed to help those in need, but we all hear stories of aid going astray or not even reaching the destination.
That is what annoys me!

British , as its the one i can only give a fair answer on.
we're a negative, unforgiving, lazy nation,
with he best football hooligans .. that kindly take it on holiday with them,giving the game & the whole country bad press.
we think we're better than the rest of the world
we dont answer the public when they outcry about assylum anomolies
we claim we're saving the planet .. but we dont really
the gap between richer and poorer is getting larger

Tie between the U.S. and western european nations....Historically(and today) they've notoriously abused their power. They've "created" the problems of the modern world, a technological wasteland.

America- they have this massive superiority complex over everyone and they invade any country that has oil(hence why Korea hasn't been touched). With their "war on terror" they have done more harm than good,
