I said what ever m saying, will be listened and followed by others.. and you too will follow mom... she just sat quite but smiled. :)

I always found that this method worked for me, however trivial it may sound. I'm not exactly an extremely nice person myself, but I'm known as one. This is mainly because you wait 5 seconds when you feel like you want to just demolish the person. Getting angry at everyone is something I would say is a phase, and you may get over it quick. However; if you are extremely concerned, you can go see a therapist (which really helps). Your medical insurance should cover somewhere up to 30 sessions. That's a save of somewhere around $4350. That makes me happy ;) I hope I made a good answer.

Find productive ways to find solutions to problems. We all get angry, it's what we do with it. So, I don't think you are going to get rid of anger towards people, but hurting others is not going to work. It may be an immediate solution, but it doesn't work in the long run. Look at other ways to problem solve. Sometimes we get angry because we feel we have no control in our lives. Then find ways to take control.

The "rules" say that if you can not control your feelings, you CAN control the environment that you are putting yourself in. Remove yourself from situations and the people in your life that might make you feel angry in the first place. It's called self-control, and it's challenging but also very rewarding. Nobody should have control over YOU. Only YOU can control YOU! You are giving these people control over you by letting them control your emotions. DONT LET THEM!!! Take over your own life! Everything else in your life will also go smoother when YOU RULE!!! I wish you strength!

Awareness of every things ,all humanity are related and all humanity has past lives ,so you are related to all humanity but with out awareness ,and what ever you thinks it really counts because ever time you thinks bad ,you will be creating bad energy around you and if you thinks good you will create good energy around you ,that's why you can see more bad things in the world ,to much bad energy ,and there is nothings above love.

I've always reminded of an old saying. when the bull and the matador are in the arena, who's in control? the much bigger, stronger bull? or the frail in comparison, meeker matador? the matador is. why? because he's not thinking with his emotions. the minute he does, he's lost control and the bull has an edge. (I.E. if the man doubts himself, he'll pause. if he's angry, he'll mis-calculate. etc...). the bull is only reacting with anger and rage. very easily controlled.

Stifle these feelings, ignore them. Sooner or later they come back maybe redirected at something completely different. Ignore those too. You will eventually explode in a wonderful and homocidal rage. Feels pretty good, try it out.

Just break bricks and you will be fine.

Or just read some self help books about stopping those feelings.
