I am 98% sure I am pregnant, I started feeling sick in the mornings and at night a couple of days ago, as well as I've been really moody. I decided to take a pregnancy test, it was the cheap brand, but I've used it before and it was a clear negative. The first one I took this time had a faint plus line..I decided to take another at a different time of the day, again same result. The next morning I did the same, and once again same result. I know I should see my doctor, but seeing as it is the weekend I can't, I am going to make an appt tomorrow...but in your oppinions what do you think. Me and my husband have been trying for awhile, so if it is positive I am so excited and ready :) I was on depo I only had two shots my last one was in january I have had three regular periods since, last one ending on August 10th, thats why I am a little sceptical about this. Please let me know you thoughts thanks!

Please I don't want any answers telling me to go to the doctor, I am not and adolencent I know to go see my doctor, I have found this out on friday night and sat morning, my doctors office isn't open on the weekends, and I am going TOMORROW! If it is a boy I am carrying on the family tradition and naming him after the grandfather (my husbands dad, who is Arabic) his name will be Samir Elias (Elias after his father)
Girls names I have a couple that I personally like the one we both like but it isn't offical yet is
Destiny Elizabeth (after my mom) Darlene (after his mom) I know it is a common name but I love it...and please don't Criticize

If you got two positive tests (even if the lines were faint) then it's definitely safe to say that you're pregnant!
Generally, the earlier you test the more likely you are to either get a false negative (as you did) or only very faint positive lines (as you also did) This is because home pregnancy tests detect HCG in the urine and the earlier along you are in pregnany, the less HCG has been built up in your system. This is why a person who is further along will usually get darker positive results. The peeonastick website address this issue in better detail here:

Did you take all four tests on the same day? The reason that the first "cheap" test came out negative was probably because either you took it a day or so earlier than the rest, and were not far enough along to have been producing enough HCG, or because the 3 tests you took afterwards were more sensitive and detected lower mIU/mL of HCG in the urine. It really doesn't matter how much a test costs, what matters is the level of HCG that they detect. Kind of late now since you already took four tests and got some POSITIVE results, but it is sort of interesting to see how some of the cheap brands are just as good or better than the more well known, expensive brands.
Either way- it DEFINITELY looks like you're pregnant if you got 3 faint positive lines. How exciting!! =)

I too took depo for 12 years stopped and the first time we tried I got pregant.
I would wait to see the dr but you could go spend a little more and get a good test other than that your options are limited as you cant tell your pregnant just by your feelings or changes in your body.
Be patient it is just a day away I know easier said than done

You are pregnant. It doesn't matter how faint the line is on the plus side, as long as it exists within 2-3 minutes of taking the test. If you wait ten minutes after taking the test for it to finally have the plus, it may not be accurate. Congratulations!

No matter how much of a line you have on your test line (as long as the control line shows too) and you read it within the amount of time on the directions (so you know it's not a line from the test just sitting) usually 5-10 minutes is the max you can read it in.
You are pregnant if all the above is followed/applies!!

I don't know but I'd reccomend getting a good pregnancy test rather than a cheap one or if you want to be certain see your doctor asap. With pregnancy tests they can say that you're not pregnant even if you are, but its unlikely if they say you are and you're not. However if you keep getting unclear results or negatives, I wouldn't get your hopes up too high, you don't want to be dissapointed. When you find out for certain, congatulations if you're going to be a mother, and good luck in trying if not.

When I took my test it was very faint. So I took another one, they were the cheapy brand and I thought it popped up too quickly to be acurate, but both said +. We went the next day to the clinic and took one there, it too was very faint but +. I found out later that it was so faint because I was only like 2 weeks along. You might only be a couple of weeks and that is why it's so faint. Congrats!!! I would set the apt up ASAP and start thinking of special ways to tell your hubby!

In my opinion, there's a good chance you could be pregnant. Try the EPT pregnancy test. I heard those things are really good.

It doesn't hurt to see a doctor and do a full physical to find out. My opinion is if you think you are, then you can be! Congrats on your gain!!!
