It will work for a while, but then I've been getting the following error:
Sorry, Unable to process request at this time -- error 999.

Google is giving me no problems. I scanned with 'avast' last night, and it removed a few items (as usual).

We've scanned, rescanned, and safe mode scanned and have the same problems with Yahoo but no other search engine. We'll probably be switching search engines soon if it isn't resolved. Typical response is to blame the user and have them run circles while the problem is repaired on the service end. Not from this dog, I don't chase my tail. Fix the problem Yahoo.

Try running your antivirus software in Safe Mode. This way, Windows will not be loaded and hopefully you can catch any self-executable viruses.

Every once in a while, Yahoo makes changes/additions without warning - we have difficulty getting online -- just wait a while and try again.

If the error is displayed in the brower window, it's Yahoo's error.

If this is in a seperate message box and not from the browser, then you have a problem.
