i think am very lean.i want to know how to increase my breast size and my weight.i dont want to take any pills.i need some diet or some sort of excercise to improve.

Eh I have seen people that weight lower then u in my school and they have big breasts. Weight doesn't really matter.

Lift some weights, and eat your veggies and protein. Lifting will make you gain muscle mass, and get toned.
