Notre Dame has a freshman quarterback and also lost their receivers to graduation. In short, they have no offense. Michigan lacks team speed on defense. Teams running spread offenses are gutting Michigan over the middle.

horrible offensive and defnesive teams! Michigan will be lucky to win 2 games this year. Notre Dame might pull out about 5 wins.

Compation in the college market. Getting harder to consistantly recriut the player's as they have more choice of higher education schools.
Players don't really have to move great distances from home to go to a high level college and also a top level sports program.
