1 the whale was not shot with a machine gun. a 50 cal rifle was used.
2 this happened in Canadian waters and the people that did it followed the whale into US waters where the US coast guard stopped them
3 California is like 1000 miles from where this happened
4 the tribe has treaty rights that allows them to hunt whales.
5 you are as bad as the media. nether you or them can get any facts right.
