You look at someone and you want to be like them. If they don't have a good personal presentation then you don't want to be like them. Of course it helps a lot for your business to be what people expect you to be.

No one wants someone who looks like hell working on them. If you look like what you do seriously works and you look clean and impeccably put together, it inspires confidence and credibility.
