yeah that is fast, you will get faster as you mature also,so by the time you're a senior in high school you will be awesome,get training you could have a nice career in your future

Yes thats very good by the time your 15 you might be down to around a low 4.5 to a low 4.4. As for you Bob just because your son runs a 4.42 or whatever (which I highly, highly doubt) doesn't mean this kid is average he's pretty darn fast if u ask me for a 13 year old.

Thats as good as the fastest kids on our varsity football team. then again its connecticut football. i was lucky to get under six seconds lol

its ok..my 12 year old son ran it in 4.48..he has an advantage..he is in track
