I only know 3 people named Amy. One is a very good friend, quiet down to earth with a very good heart. Two is my younger cousin, 18 just had her first baby 3 months ago, she is also very sweet and down to earth with a big heart. Third is a girl I know back home that I don't care for much, she is very rude and obnoxious.
Amy - Aimee, Amee, Ami, Amie Amey,Aimy.
I like the name Amy, its a very classic name that is not over used with today's younger generation.
Amy Lynn, Amy Lee or Leigh, Amy Renee, Amy Marie,
Amy Jo, Amy Diane, Amy Loise.
You could also try using a combo of Amy like, AmieLynn or AmyLee.
Caitlyn AmyLee.
Hope this helps...Good Luck.

I have known a lot of Amys. Some are nice, some aren't so nice. It doesn't really bring anything to mind but if you do name this child Amy, be aware that there are going to be a lot of kids with the same name.
I dont know of any other ways to spell Amy besides Ami or Amie but I like Amy with a y better.
I like Amy Elizabeth or Amy Issabella. I think a long middle name, like a classical name sounds good with a short first name.

I have loved every Amy i have met, they are nice and modest and pretty! I once knew a girl named Amy Isabella, i thought it was cute, but i like really short nicknames like
Amy Marie,
Amy Ash,
Amy Eve, Amy Claire,
Amy Jo,
Amy Reese,
Amy Fae,
Amy Kate,
Amy Lynne,
Amy Grace, etc.
When i think of Amy i think as a name its a pretty middle name, not too uncommon and not too wierd. I love it and congrats...
Amee, Amie, Amey, Aemee, Aemie, Ameeh

I really like the name Amy as most of the girls I have known with that name have been pretty & sweet.
My fave spellings of all the ones suggested are "Amy" or "Aimee."
I think I would like it with an S middle name for some reason:
Amy Sheridan, Amy Serena, Amy Shereen, Amy Shaelynn
Good luck with naming!!

I love the name Amy, and anyone with the name Amy will have a great childhood. (Not being teased for having a "unique" name.) They will also have an easier time looking for jobs and such, as their name is not too wild or "out there".
Some great combonations are:
Amy Kate
Amy Anne
Amy Christine (Chris)
^-^ I hope you get to use the name Amy!

Amy Katherine is a nice name.......
A lot of Amy's I know are wonderful, sweet people. My cousin's name is Amy and she has long dark hair and a very big smile.
Some other ways to spell it are: Amee, Aimee, Ami, Aimy, and Aimie. But I don't think the newer versions are NEARLY as nice as the natural, old fashioned way. God bless!

hmmm...being i am an amy, i think i'm a pretty great person :0)
all the other amy's i have known have been really sweet, kind people too (ok, well there was this one but her name wasn't really amy..it was amelia..so she doesn't count).
it's one of those classic names that i think is slowly dying out. you don't hear many children named amy anymore.
you could also spell it amie, amee, aimee
middle names?? hmmmm..mines melissa (my great grandfather called my amylissa when i was a kiddo, which today, i think is kind of pretty). grace, katherine, nichole, michelle, jade, elizabeth, sierra, christine, noelle, renee, leigh would be good middle names.
hope this helps!
