I always said and still do say the whole sentence
I only use "OMG" 4 shortcuts online.

Most of the time I say Oh My Gosh but sometimes I do say OMG accidentally lol =)

Verbally, "OMG" and "oh my god" both take three syllables to say, so unless you're a REAL cybernerd, say "oh my god"! Or "gosh."

when i am with my friends and we are messing around i say OMG but other then that i say the whole sentance. lol

The whole sentence. It annoys the heck out of me when people are like, "O. M. G."
The period represents a dramatic pause. SOOOO annoying!!!!!!!!!

Sometimes I say "OMG" just as a joke, cause its so lame.
I rarely say "Oh my god", however, cause I'm an atheist.
