I would most definitely not use a device like this, and this would not work for PE. Using something like this can cause your penis to become irreversibly engorged, stopping blood circulation and damaging capillaries. This can lead to necrosis of the penis if it isn't removed before irreversible damage occurs. Most cases of PE have no clear cause. Sometimes it can be due to psychological factors such as anxiety, guilt, or depression. Alcohol before sex can also delay orgasm. In some cases there is an underlying medical cause such as hormonal problems, injury, or side effect from certain medications. Most important question: “how to last longer? The thing is younger you are it is more likely faster you will be. There are goodies about it as well. Once you’ll get older, you will wish you had this strong response. You will miss it. Because of adolescent age, the hormonal levels are at their highest. Testosterone is driving most men mad. And there is not much we can do about except growing out of it. Same happens with premature ejaculation. Most men virtually grow out of it though it may take many years. You can help to last longer with masturbation, using condom (it desensitizes) – some even can’t keep erections. And have lots of sex. Penis will get used to it and it will become more natural without a need to blow your load in 5 secs.

PE is mainly due to psychological condition.Average sex lasts only a few minutes.Porno films show it as lasting for hours.Inn elderly people prostate problems may cause PE.The herbal formula "CONFIDO" tablets(Himalya Drug House or Himalaya Drug House) is helpful.You can try it.It defnitely will increase duration ,if taken for 4 to 8 weeks.

my advice on PE would be to masterbate stopping just before you reach peak, holding back, squeeze tight at the bottom of your wee man, then repeat this several times, learn control by your self then you'll be on the way to lasting longer LOL
