i get my braces off in 2 days!! i've had them on since 3rd grade and i'm now in 8th...... its gonna be the 3rd happiest day of my life...... who's happy for me??

Sorry bout that…… my comps screwed up….. What I meant was that my 1st happiest day is when I became a godmother and my 2nd is when I got my dog back after she had runaway and been gone for about a month and a half…..

i had them in 3rd grae cause i had most of my baby teeth pulled and when i first got them on i only had them on my 4 front teeth.....

I am very happy for you!!! As a former braces-wearer myself, I can tell you that the day I got my braces off was one of the best days of my adolescence. Not only that, but it was just a few days before my 13th Birthday! I only had my braces for 1 year, but I went through SO many retainers, dentist appointments, etc.
Congrats! You deserve to celebrate!

I'm so happy for you. I wore mine for 4 yrs and it was great to get them off...I would start using whitening strips on them as soon as you get the braces off since wearing braces can dull your tooth color....and also, if your teeth were over crowded like mine - get the wisdom teeth out as soon as they start to crown because they will make all your teeth go crooked again - that is what happened on my bottom row when I waited too long to get the wisdom teeth out! Don't wait.

I'm VERY happy for you. I am actually jealous. I wish I had braces when I was young. One of my front teeth is out farther then the other. Its always been a source of embarrassment for me. You're lucky your parents cared enough about you to give you braces.

I am. Even though I was lucky and never wore braces, a friend of mine wore them until her senior year in high school. It's hard to be happy with them.

I'm very happy for you! I had braces when I was in 7th - 8th grade. I ony had them for a year, & they were miserable. I couldn't imagine having them for that long.
