The Portuguese police has bungled this terrible crime, because either they are professionally inept and incompetent or they are absolutely corrupt and have members of a paedophilic rings within their members who would go to any length to protect the abductors of this girl and other unresolved abductions previously to protect themselves, and then turned the search light on the parents, and murdered the girl, now planted the blood in the parents rooms and returned later when no one was watching under the protection of Portuguese secrecy act to plant her blood in the hire car and hired death scent products to excite their dogs, alleging that the parents might have murdered their own loving daughter by accident, is absolutely disgusting and outrageous.

The detective Goncalo Amaral, one of the senior detectives in the hunt for Madeleine, was an official suspect in the allegations against Portuguese police in the Cipriano case. Why should he be allowed in the case as it looks as Kate and Gerry would likely end up like the parents of Cipriano?

Goncalo Amaral, one of the officers co-ordinating the inquiry into Madeleine’s disappearance, was charged in June along with four other officers with offences relating to the inquiry into the disappearance of Joana, who was 9. It is alleged that Mrs Cipriano was beaten into a confession

Amazing- the conspiracy theorists are accusing you of being a conspiracy theorist!
At least you follow a train of thoughts. I don't think that's what happened though. But who knows...right!

It's weird how there were no complaints of 'incompetence' before THIS case, and that the complaints came from the McCanns ONE day after Madeleine had gone missing, before the investigation could even begin properly. Where would they get the blood (which was found by BRITISH police, not Portuguese police), and why would they all risk their reputations? It's not disgusting and outrageous, it is perfectly reasonable to investigate the parents, because in 75% of these cases, a parent has had something to do with it (this is an OFFICIAL statistic by the way, not something I just made up). I am not saying that the McCanns have murdered or harmed their child, because it is not for me to make that judgement, but I think that your theory is very far-fetched. We shouldn't speculate until we know everything, which may never happen. We should at least wait until the Portuguese police either make an arrest, or release more evidence, before judging this case.

ignore approximately them. those evaluations are no longer representative of the final public of British human beings. on the top of the day, those people who criticise the Portuguese Police could know that the information used to call the Mccanns as formal suspects substitute into provided or facilitated by the British police, and that i do no longer see all people criticising them... BTW i'm British human beings have stated in this web site that the Portuguese Police are corrupt that's a chuckle given the degree of police brutality in this united states. anybody remember the assorted deaths in custody, confessions overwhelmed out of persons growing to be miscarriages of justice. some British human beings have an extremely short reminiscence. purely ignore approximately them! The British could additionally be fortunate this finished difficulty in no way got here about in Mexico the place the criminal device is which you're responsible till shown harmless!

Does the phrase "clutching at straws" mean anything to you?

This frenzy of accusations against the Portuguese Police is laughable. All along the Anti's have been accused of being armchair detectives, and told to leave the detection to the experts....now that the McCann's are suspects, the experts are useless???

In answer to your question, NO, I don't think there's any chance the PJ would be stupid enough to try and frame a high-profile couple, while the worlds press watches.

Now who's being an armchair Miss Marple, eh?

Also, the Anti's have been accused of libelling the McCann's. You are accusing the Portuguese Police of being corrupt and protecting paedophiles.....Good luck with your defence.

Although I accept that Goncalo Amaral isn't an ideal candidate to run the investigation, I assume that if he had access to blood in an attempt to frame the parents, he would also have to have access to a body.

I doubt that he would have kept the finding of a body quiet just to prove his ability as a detective?

The McCann's have been under intense scrunity since May 3rd. How would they ever of gotten away with mudering there child and disposing of her body, For goodness sake this case is very very suspious i would say the Portuguese police are hiding a large abduction agengy and it is them who have to be investigated, check out the men at the top

Who knows. I do think that the police would just let the case die down though, not add fuel to the fire so to speak. The parents being named suspects is HUGE. All eyes are on this case and I would think that now this has all been done, attention to detail is more important than ever now. It will all come out either way.

I think the Portuguese police have bungled the investigation but it's highly unlikely they have had a hand in the murder of this poor little girl. perhaps if they had brought in the British police from the word go then this case would have been solved long before now.

You lot are just very mentally disturbed or something to sit their and cast your media influenced views!
