The othe day i noticed a bump on my clitoris that just appeared over night, it was a little sore the first day but didnt bother me much. The next day it got worse and is sore when i walk & sit. Now, three days later, it has gotten slightly larger and is extremly uncomfortable. I was going to try and pop it to see if anything happens but it hurts if my underwear even rubs against it. I dont know what it is or what to do, please help me!

I've had that happen to me before too. I'm not sure if it's herpes, since I was a virgin when I noticed it. All i can tell you is that if it's the same thing as what I've had happen, they clear up in less than a week. It will go away. You could try putting some petroleum jelly (Vaseline) on it until it clears up, just to lubricate it and make it hurt less when it touches things.

It sounds like a boil or cyst. Put very warm and moist washcloth on it for about 10 minutes 5 or 6 times a day. It will cause it to either come to a head or be re-absorbed. If it does not go away soon, see your doctor. BTW, the compresses are very soothing. Good luck.

Don't pop it and for heaven's sake do not even TOUCH IT! Popping it will cause an infection. CAN YOU IMAGINE?!! This happened to my friend's 5 year old daughter. He put her in a warm bath with epsom salts. They're sold in the medicine aisle and they're super cheap. Like $2 a bag. If that doesn't work, you REALLY need to get to a doctor ASAP.

It could be a vaginal wart. But, to be safe, I would go to a doctor.Even the slightest bump anywhere on your body can be cancerous. Early detection is best!
