Well, it would be best to grow your own weed if you will be selling a lot of it. I would recommend buying and dealing some weed (there are countless books you can find on amazon on how to grow weed) to build up enough capital to open the shop. Then you just decorate and fit your shop, hire some staff and you are away.

i remember some one opened one in Brighton a few years back.
