Difficult without knowing what is already included but here are some issues to include:
What is your view on laws? Should they be fixed or should their be room for leniency?
What are our shared responsibilities? Giving blood? Giving a percentage of our earnings to charity? Helping a neighbour? a stranger? reducing our negative impact on the planet? Should laws be made to enforce these choices so they become civic duties rather than up to the individual?
What are the responsibilities of parents? teachers? students?
Do you think there is equal opportunity for all in education and work? Should their always be? What do you think about immigration?
DO you believe in God? An afterlife? How does that affect how you live your life? (either way) What is your view on religious tolerance? Muslim veils? Christians wearing crosses?Should parents be able to restrict their children learning about other religions? Should RE be extra-curricular?
Do you believe in chance/luck or hard work and opportunity? Do you agree with lotteries? What do you think when things don't go your way or when they do? Is life fair? Is that the point?

If this is for English class, you shouldn't have to worry. You're writing a persuasive paper, trying to persuade someone that your views are the best. It shouldn't have to be an issue with the Christian faith, but I guess it is a Christian school so I could see why it might be an issue. Ask your teacher about it. Tell her it's the only good topic you could think of and that you promise to write your very best persuasive essay. Chances are the English teacher will care more about your writing than your beliefs.

So what you think about everything is covered in just one page? What you think about current events and current leaders?
Go through the first paper and explain things a little bit more, give examples if you need to....that way the reader knows what you mean for sure, and it adds length to your paper.

It sounds like you need to grow your philosopy a bit. I'd suggest that you do some reading. Some interesting authors include:
E. F. Schumacher, "Guide for the Perplexed"
S. I. Hiakawa, "Language in Thought and Action"
You may be able to find good materials on the Internet by referencing these authors. Schumacher describes why we should not rely totally on the scientifc method for our information. Hiakawa talks about how language is an abstraction and not the reality.

That seems like a pretty open question (unless I missed reading something). If it is your philosophy in general can you think about some of your favorite/least favorite things and write about why they are your favorite? Like if you really like baseball or something you could write about how you believe in a healthy/active lifestyle and talk about that.
Or if its your philosophy of ______ maybe think of a situation that you have been in where you had to make a tough decision following your morals and ethics.

That's a little vague "My Philosophy"? Your philosophy on what?
Philosophy is the discipline concerned with questions of how one should live (ethics); what sorts of things exist and what are their essential natures (metaphysics); what counts as genuine knowledge (epistemology); and what are the correct principles of reasoning (logic)
So state how you make decisions (what are your ethics). How you know what the "truth" is about how you live and the world you live in. And how you understand logic.
Eh, maybe do a little research on your own of other "philosphers" and their "philosophy" to understand what your teacher means.

Add fluff. A synonym here, an extra few adjectives there, a metaphor a few lines later, a simile, some poetic language for the last sentence . . .
