LMAO, I'm friggin 41 years old and I DO say things like LOL, LMAO,OMG etc... out loud, it's SO embarrassing!!!!! I spend so much time on the computer that it's just become part of my vocabulary. Yep, I try to check it, but it comes out every now and again, I'm guilty,LOL!!!!!!
