There has never been a connection between Freemasonry and the Illuminati. The Illuminati do not exist, they died out over 200 years ago.

* Freemasonry is not secretive, there are no secrets, you can read everything about Freemasonry online or in books that you can buy at amazon, ebay, etc... as noted, there is no Illuminati, so any secrets they might have had, well ???
* again, the Illuminati is no longer around, they never infiltrated the Freemasons, there is no connection; also, Freemasonry is not a religion and therefore is not the same as Christianity

The Illuminati and Freemasons were 2 different groups. There were Illuminati that were Freemasons, that way they were linked. There's a lot of stories about this, I'd say....check on a library.

It would be interesting if it were true, but it's not. I'm a Free-Mason and I don't know anything about the Illuminati. In fact, I never heard about them until I read Dan Brown.

Well illuminate and freemasonry is different but the same,illuminate has infiltrated freemasonry but at the core they are the same thing and do the same thing that is control and so is Christianity,think of it all as hole big unhappy family

I agree that there seems to be a connection here- I'm interested to see the answers you receive- probably most will be speculative due to the extreme secrecy of the organizations involved here.
