I have found these very very tiny little white bugs (almost tan in color) in my 2 books, crawling all over the pages, that I have stored in my garage, they are everywhere in these 2 books. I think they are biting me. What are they? What causes them? And how can I get rid of them forever? I have (in the past) rarely seen them on some of my books in my house too, but never this bad -- as the ones in my garage are right now. Do they really bite? Can I get rid of them without getting rid of the books? Please help, I hate bugs !!

These are not black or red, so that aen't book worms. I am almost certain that they are not dust mites either. I think they are book lice.
