Know one actually knows if a person or sincere or not, moreover, if they are sincere at a given moment or situation. It all depends. I believe its a combination of 100% trust and gut feel. Compromising sincerity and truthfulness in a relationship would somehow lead to unwanted circumstances later on. I guess it comes from the hearts of all concerned. Its not a matter of quid pro quo. Wow, I'm dumbfounded. Come to think of it, does any one know? :(

Do they have a history of being truthful or have they lied in the past? Sometimes you know these things from their past behavior or from intuition.

fRND, no need to conduct any test to know a person, the life as it moves ahead will let u know. Don't try to hurt ur person by testing, you may hurt them when they will come to know that u r testing them.
