I'm not sure there's a specific name for that kind of sentence.
Homonym sentence?..... Naaah. But maybe.

Eye eight sum reel karat bred.
Witch beech due ewe yews two weighed oar serf?
Aisle clothes hear bee four ewe grown allowed!
Were dun! Sea yew! *waive*
